Shipping

All shipping services used by SPRMRKT provide a tracking number. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested.

Please allow up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping.

We provide free worldwide shipping on orders over €250.

The Netherlands: 1-2 Business Days
EU & UK, Switzerland, Norway: 1-3 Business Days
North America - USA, Canada & Mexico : 4-9 Business Days
Asia, Australia & New Zealand: 5-11 Business Days

Note 1: Webshop only products have an additional delivery time of 1-3 days.
Note 2: Furniture has delivery time of 10-21 days.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply send request to support@sprmrkt.nl within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Underwear, swimwear, and merchandise marked sale cannot be returned.

The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of SPRMRKT. Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the SPRMRKT warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of SPRMRKT.
